Leaving nopCommerce is a data and operations problem, not a theme swap.

Complex catalogs, SEO equity, customer history, and ERP/OMS/PIM seams rarely survive a theme swap. Furniture retail is one industry where we've done this, the risk pattern is broader.

Catalog & variant mapping

Attributes, options, bundles, and pricing rules from nopCommerce rarely map one-to-one onto Shopify products and variants.

SEO & URL continuity

Redirects, sitemaps, and structured data need a deliberate plan so organic equity survives the cutover.

Customer & order history

Accounts, order archives, and support context must carry forward without breaking retention or compliance.

ERP / OMS re-integration

Inventory, orders, and product truth need a reliable Shopify seam, STORIS is a common case; the same discipline applies to other ERP/OMS/PIM stacks.

Operational rehearsal

Merchandising, CS, and fulfillment need dry runs on realistic data before launch day.

Cutover risk & rollback

Freeze windows, order in-flight handling, and a defined pause path so go-live is controlled, not improvised.

Senior delivery on nopCommerce exits and Shopify launches.

We treat replatforms like product launches: mapped entities, phased loads, and integration discipline, with deep STORIS + Shopify experience when that stack is in play.

Senior-led delivery

Architecture and engineering leads stay on the program after the pitch, not a bait-and-switch staffing model.

Migration discipline

Idempotent jobs, reconciliation, acceptance criteria per entity, and cutover playbooks before anyone names a go-live date.

STORIS + Shopify depth

Specialty proof when STORIS stays in the loop, programs where Shopify and STORIS stay honest through catalog and fulfillment complexity.

Map first. Migrate in waves. Cut over with a playbook.

A nopCommerce → Shopify program is sequenced around catalog truth, SEO continuity, and integration seams, not a single risky flip.

Discovery & mapping

Inventory entities, volumes, custom nopCommerce fields, and business rules that must survive on Shopify.

SEO-safe catalog strategy

Product/variant modeling, URL design, and redirect matrices planned before bulk loads begin.

Middleware / ERP plan

Define ownership, sync contracts, and reconciliation when ERP/OMS (including STORIS) remains system of record.

Phased cutover

Wave migrations, parallel checks, freeze windows, and rollback triggers rehearsed with ops.

nopCommerce exits and Shopify launches, including STORIS stacks.

Retailers who moved storefronts to Shopify while protecting catalog integrity, SEO, and back-office continuity. Several programs also kept STORIS in the operational loop.

Shopify APIs, migration tooling, and integration middleware.

Platform-native Shopify work with deliberate data jobs and ERP/OMS patterns, including STORIS when required. Hydrogen only when headless is the right storefront path.

Shopify Admin & Storefront APIs

Admin GraphQL, Storefront API, webhooks, and bulk operations for catalog, customers, and orders.

Catalog & variant modeling

Map nopCommerce attributes and options into Shopify products, variants, and metafields that merchandisers can run.

Redirect & SEO tooling

URL inventories, redirect matrices, sitemap cutover, and Search Console monitoring through launch.

STORIS + Shopify middleware

Related solution when STORIS remains inventory and order truth, sync, reconciliation, and operational visibility.

Data migration jobs

Idempotent loaders, checkpoints, and diff reporting for products, customers, and historical orders.

Hydrogen (optional path)

Headless React storefronts when Online Store themes are not enough, still Shopify commerce at the core.

Sibling migration pages from the platform hub.

nopCommerce is one common source platform. These related paths share the same Shopify destination and migration discipline.

Magento → Shopify

Adobe Commerce / Magento catalog, B2B rules, and SEO continuity on the way to Shopify.

WooCommerce → Shopify

WordPress/Woo catalog, plugins, and SEO continuity on the way to Shopify.

SFCC → Shopify

Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SFCC, and Demandware exits for multi-store retail moving to Shopify.

Migration hub

All source → Shopify paths and shared cutover discipline in one place.

Diagnostic through full replatform and ongoing care.

Scope to the risk that matters: readiness, the Shopify rebuild, an ERP/STORIS connector when needed, or hypercare after cutover.

Migration diagnostic

Independent view of nopCommerce scope, SEO exposure, integration seams, and a realistic sequencing plan.

Full replatform

Shopify storefront, catalog migration, SEO cutover, and integrations as one accountable program.

ERP / STORIS connector

When needed: owned middleware between Shopify and your ERP/OMS, STORIS included, instead of brittle exports.

Ongoing support

Hypercare through launch, then hardening for edge cases, API changes, and merchandising velocity.
