Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Ender Technology Corporation, doing business as Endertech ("Endertech", "we", "us"), uses cookies and similar technologies on https://endertech.comand related pages (the "Services"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and pixels. Some are set by us (first-party); others by partners (third-party).
2. How we apply choices by region
We use a best-effort location signal (for example, country from our CDN) to decide which privacy experience applies. We do not use browser language, timezone, or precise GPS for this purpose.
- GDPR-style regions (EU/EEA, UK, Switzerland, and similar): On your first visit you will see a cookie banner. Non-essential analytics and marketing technologies are off until you opt in (Accept All or category toggles in Manage Preferences).
- United States (country-level): We generally do not show a first-visit cookie banner. Analytics and marketing may be on by default, and you can opt out via the footer control described below or Global Privacy Control (GPC).
- Other regions: We may apply a similar default-on approach with footer access to preferences, depending on configuration.
You can change your choices at any time using the footer button labeled Cookie preferences (GDPR-style regions), Do Not Sell or Share (United States), or Privacy Choices (other regions), or by visiting Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.
Strictly necessary
Required for basic operation and security. These cannot be turned off in our preference center.
- cc_cookie — stores your category consent choices (first-party; typically up to about six months).
- et_consent_mode — stores which regional privacy experience applies on your device (first-party, about 24 hours; not used for advertising).
- contact_validation_error — short-lived flag after a failed contact form security check (first-party, session).
- Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise — fraud prevention on contact and webinar registration pages (Google third-party; required to use those forms when our site has security scripts enabled).
Analytics
Help us understand how visitors use the site. In GDPR-style regions these are off until you opt in. In the United States they may be on by default until you opt out.
- Google Analytics 4 — measurement cookies such as
_ga,_ga_*(Google). - Ahrefs Analytics — web analytics script from
analytics.ahrefs.com(Ahrefs). - First-party visit analytics — local storage keys (e.g.
visitorId,visitedPaths, landingPage) and server-side visit records sent to our APIs.
Marketing
Used for advertising, conversion measurement, session replay (Lucky Orange), and third-party review embeds (Clutch). In GDPR-style regions these are off until you opt in. In the United States they may be on by default until you opt out.
- Google Ads — conversion and remarketing tags (Google).
- Lucky Orange — session analytics / heatmaps (Lucky Orange).
- Clutch — review widget script and cookies from widget.clutch.co (Clutch).
- gclid — stored in local storage when present in the URL for ad attribution.
3. Global Privacy Control (GPC)
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC)signal and you receive our United States privacy experience, we treat it as a request to opt out of analytics and marketing categories (including uses that may constitute "sale" or "sharing" under California law). We apply that opt-out automatically and do not ask you to opt back in. GPC is separate from legacy "Do Not Track" (DNT) browser settings, which we do not respond to (see our Privacy Policy).
4. How to manage preferences
Use the cookie banner (where shown), the footer control for your region, or our Do Not Sell or Share page. When you opt out, we update Google Consent Mode and clear certain analytics/marketing cookies where configured. You can also clear cookies in your browser; that may reset your choices and regional experience cookie.
5. Updates
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date below reflects the latest version. Material changes may be highlighted on the site or in our Privacy Policy.
