Open Positions

Two roles are currently open.

We are looking for thoughtful people who can create new relationships and strengthen the ones we already have.

Prospector

Use our prospecting system to identify well-matched organizations and conduct relevant, respectful outreach that leads to meetings with people who may benefit from Endertech's services.

This role suits someone curious, organized, persistent, and comfortable earning trust through thoughtful communication.

Compensation: Base wage plus commission.

Technical Account Manager

Manage client relationships, understand business and technical needs, help shape practical solutions, and cultivate valuable follow-on work within existing accounts.

This role suits someone who can move comfortably between business goals, technical constraints, client communication, and commercial judgment.

Compensation: Hourly.
