If you are interested in joining our team, first you need to exhibit two fundamental behaviors:
1. Love Thy Neighbor
Endertech is a company of people who respect people. No matter your walk of life, you are safe here and among friends. Endertechies can be counted on to deliver positive experiences for clients and colleagues through kindness, honesty, patience, and other behaviors which naturally flow from this core principle.
2. Master Thy Craft
Endertech is a company of people who love to learn and improve. We are curious. We want to be recognized as masters of our craft, and we realize that mastery is a pursuit. And so we are humble, sharing what we know, and receiving what we do not.
If you're still with us, fabulous! The next thing you need is a deep interest in technology, specifically, technologies related to web, app, e-commerce, software development, and digital marketing. Now, you don't need to be a coder necessarily, we need project managers and account managers and marketing managers too... but the common thread must be a core interest in designing and developing technology solutions.
And lastly... you need to reach out to us! Duh! In order to be noticed, please fill out our contact form, begin your message to us with "Yo Gabe!", and then share a little bit about you personally. That will let us know you've read this section of our site, and therefore have the type of attention to detail that it takes to succeed at Endertech.
Thanks for reading and best of luck with your career endeavors.
If you are interested in an unpaid internship through which you can develop your technology skills, get mentored by senior developers and technology leaders, and learn what it's like to work in a fully remote environment, then read on.
Endertech offers internships to individuals who have little to no work experience with web, e-commerce, and software development, but who show promise by having the right attitude and proving they are self-motivated.
The basic requirements are the same as written above, so read that section carefully. The primary difference is that we won't expect you to have prior work experience to be considered, and if you join us as an intern, we'll give you side projects to practice on, while receiving regular mentorship from a senior member of the team.
Many full-time Endertech employees began this way as humble interns. Some are still with us today, and some have moved on to work for huge technology companies, having benefitted from the foundation of broad experience gained at Endertech.
Contact us if you're interested in an internship. Remember the "Yo Gabe!" trick and to tell us about you a bit personally if you really want to be noticed.
