We build custom software, e-commerce platforms, and mobile apps for businesses across many industries. We are embracing the new era of AI-assisted development, and we’re looking for a solutions engineer who is excited to build things with AI.

This role is for engineers who want to help shape solutionsnot just execute tickets prewritten for you. You will be consulting clients and colleagues, brainstorming ideas, and then combining your strong software engineering fundamentals with modern AI development tools to quickly produce prototypes, scaffold systems, validate approaches, and then production-ready code.

What You’ll Do

Build Software Using AI Tools

Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Replit, OpenAI platform, various LLM’s, and other tools we discover or you bring to the table.... to:
Create technical plans
Prototype and validate technical solutions.
Refine and scale those solutions into production-ready systems
Develop effective techniques for structuring AI prompts and IDE-integrated processes that convert requirements into clean architecture and usable code.
Validate AI output to ensure accuracy, performance, and maintainability.

Architect & Execute Features

Consult clients and colleagues regarding project goals
Brainstorm possible solutions and approaches.
Design data structures, system flows, and component architecture.
Develop end-to-end features across front-end and back-end systems.
Implement APIs, integrations, business logic, and interfaces with AI assistance.

Collaborate & Deliver

Break down tasks into predictable, testable development work.
Communicate clearly with PMs, designers, and clients.
Adapt quickly to changing requirements and project priorities.

To Succeed Here, You Should Have

Degree in computer science or 3+ years of professional experience in web or mobile development.
Strong grasp of modern frameworks & platforms (Node, React, NextJS, Symfony, API Platform, Shopify, Builder.io)
Real-world experience using AI tools to accelerate software development.
Ability to architect features and reason about system design.
Strong debugging skills and the ability to catch AI-generated mistakes.
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure fundamentals and related deployment processes
Clear, concise communication skills in a remote environment.
